KEEPER KREW - GOALIE ACADEMY
Varsity Goalie or New 4th Grader, our goalie coaches will provide technical, tactical and strategic skill development for goalies. Lots of Shots, Quickness Drills, most importantly, attention to your goalie!
SHARPSHOOTER ACADEMY
Technical shooting positions, outside power shots, risers, inside shooting strategies, lots of shots. Coaches will work on developing more power and placement with your shots.
DODGING & DEFENSIVE DOMINANCE
Ankle breaking stutter dodges, inside dodging techniques, midfield dodging techniques. Defensive angles, anticipation. Footwork, Footwork, Footwork!!
